I am an Assistant Professor at the Institute for Markets and Strategy at Wirtschaftsuniversität Wien (WU Vienna University of Economics and Business).

Climate change and inequality are among the top global issues of our time. Using laboratory and field experiments, my research provides empirical evidence that informs economic theory and policy aimed at promoting resilient and inclusive societies.

I study how people collectively provide public goods under climate and aging challenges, how businesses engage consumers in the digital era, and how social norms shape human capital formation and negotiation. With a deeper understanding of the micro-foundations of decision making, my research guides mechanism and market design to improve efficiency, as in coordinating rural public goods provision, and to counter inequality, as in addressing persistent gender gaps.
